A medium sized parking space is available for free in the inner courtyard, you can still park freely in the street

The location of Casabati is strategic for reaching the numerous attractions in the area and is also close to the exit for Pisa, Florence, and the wonderful southern coast. Just two minutes away, you will find a supermarket and a variety of small shops such as bakeries, grocery stores, butcher shops, and tobacco shops. Furthermore, we are in the vicinity of the hospital and the barracks of the Carabinieri, Police, and Firefighters. If you are interested in the Naval Academy or ferries, you can reach them in just a 10-minute drive.

Casabati is located just a short walk from the city center and all amenities. The bus stop is only a few minutes away. There are supermarkets nearby, as well as a pharmacy, a bank, and grocery stores. You can find an excellent pastry shop on the same street for delicious and varied breakfasts. There are also nearby green areas. The heart of the city, Piazza Cavallotti, with the Central Market and all its liveliness, can be reached with a pleasant stroll, as well as the Venezia area with its small streets and characteristic views.
